I recently had my property appraised by 2 different companies. The DNC appraisal lady didn't care about any renovations or upgrades, ran around the house for 5 mins and outside for 2 mins. There appraisal came in $150,000 under the other company. If you see this company come up on your appraisal request from your lender I'd ask for a different company.

I worked with DNC for a refinance, and Christina gave me a heads-up call before arriving. During the walkthrough, she asked detailed questions about the work I’d done on the property and when specific parts were completed. I also had quite a few questions about the appraisal process, and she was great at explaining how everything works. On top of that, I asked if she could get the report in quickly since my broker needed it, and just a couple of hours later, she let me know it was submitted. I have a rush closing, need to get appraisal done the same day. The inspector Christina was very quick and fast in terms of getting into contact with me and the client.
She was very proactive, have good communication skills and trying to be flexible for the time schedules to help us.
After knowing our situation, she provided us report with good quality with fairly short periods of time.
I couldn’t done this deal with her help.

DNC has developed a computerised approach that reduces submission times. They called Thursday and set us up for Monday. I called back and asked if they could do Friday. Two minutes later they said we can you squeeze in (this is a direct result of their system and why banks use then for accuracy). Half an hour for the process, report was submitted Sunday! Bam!

Excellent appraisal company. Although they didn’t have appraiser they squeezed Christine in. She came to my homes for interior and exterior inspection which was a breeze. They promised the report by Friday evening but delivered Friday morning.

I have a large dog that isn't that friendly and I needed time so I could have my dog out of the house, so he was able to do his job safely. Lol.
