DNC has developed a computerised approach that reduces submission times. They called Thursday and set us up for Monday. I called back and asked if they could do Friday. Two minutes later they said we can you squeeze in (this is a direct result of their system and why banks use then for accuracy). Half an hour for the process, report was submitted Sunday! Bam!

Excellent appraisal company. Although they didn’t have appraiser they squeezed Christine in. She came to my homes for interior and exterior inspection which was a breeze.
